I would like to thank the PFO staff who helped me with the furnace is i experienced today Mon 2-22. When the service tech Jeff arrived he was very reassuring that everything would be alright. He was very personable and as we talked throughout his servicing of my furnace he was willing to show me what the issues were. I appreciated that he would be so patient and with the conversations we had I learned other things about my furnace I didn't know before and could help me in the future. Thank You Jeff.
